    IMO extremely unlikely QE3 any time soon, it will happen if the SPX500 drops 20-30%, using it now as a strategy does not make sense as the american stock markets are still up over 100% from the GFC lows. If the fiscal cliff turns out to be a real cliff, then perhaps QE time
