my understanding is that the $1.25 is fixed.. so if SP goes to $3 then they still convert for $1.25 and can take the profits... that is the attraction for Mt Kellett which is fair enough.
if SP went to $0.50 (now taht we have TOL) then they still redeem @ 1.25...
does mt k benefit or loose after sp of 1.25, page-2
