I am also disappointed with the meagreness of the SPP. Given their initial targeted placement was $20m why have a second tranche of $10m for institutions, when this could have been added to the SPP, to give a more equitable distribution of shares? Once again the institutions are given preference over loyal shareholders.
I will certainly be voting against the second tranche at the upcoming meeting.
