I am not sure.
I understand manipulation but can only speculate on who is doing it. It could be a syndicate of professional day traders (pump and dump tactics), LCY, the Indians, The Chinese, etc.
I am not sure but from the sp action it appears someone wants to keep the sp down or not let it run. This is also happening with the LCY sp. Both stocks should be way higher in sp than what they are currently trading at.
Very frustrating but sadly prevalent in todays trading environment.
