Hi all, I am not in this at the moment and I am left scratching my head how this is getting no love by the market as well. I have traded this in the past and unfortunately for now, I reckon I'll be able to buy it again at 10c.
Anyway, I have a question in relation to the debt. They have 100m in cash but have $150m in loan facilities maxed out as well as a further $55m bank guarantee facility maxed out too. They estimate that 41m is going to be spent this quarter. Of that 41m, 21m is going to production. Last quarter they spent 21m in production, and got 31m back in sales, so assuming the same, they will be net 10m down at the end of the quarter to take their cash to 90m. I am assuming that coal prices are the same, which we know they aren't so even then I am being generous.
Does anyone see this as a problem?? I don't know enough about the stock to be honest so hopefully someone can shed some light on the debt situation. It is the only problem I can foresee going forward.
Thanks
