misfits....what rubbish is going around?...we cant sue directors for negligence, ,mismanaging share holders equity, misrepresentation? breaching fiduciary duty to share holders....since when ?..mr landau maybe a corporate lawyer he sure aint a good director...name one share holder out of the 10.5k that has been happy with his performance?....ill mention again the renumeration...and consultancy fees?...how many hours a wk does he spend servicing ccc projects?...we all knw how much he gets for fees?...asic prosecuted 75 directors in 2010...?...yes they are a tad slow...but it shows there are directors out there who were not performing their fidicuary duty?..hey if mr landau was doing the right thing for holders he doesnt have anything to worry about does he?....thanks for ur advise..this story has more qns thab answers..
