    Pilsoner ...

You need to stick with the "Theme" that is currently hot... Copper is Hottish as is necrology to SIR, Oil and Gas is also pretty warm so from a FA Perspective look for stocks in this vain... Find stocks which have recently moved and find out why... is there a common theme ... if So try to determine who the next one might be to go ... Sift through the DAy thread for idea's they generally pick them up quickly ...

Uranium is definitely not hot ATM nor is it likely to be in the short term...Same can be said for Iron Ore or Coal So "Snog/ Marry or Avoid" ...I Say "avoid" and Short terms should never marry.

Also keep an eye out for ann's of World Class Resources and enter that stock early or its neighbours early... Set up alerts in you trading platform to look for key words in Ann's of the hot commodities... ie "Graphite", "World Class" etc ... IF your platform doesn't allow this then change platform!

When these pop up in your system quickly form a view ...usually based on how big the M.cap is whether this stock is cheap or not compared to its peers of future peers.

From a TA Perspective... You need to walk the Day charts of several stocks each weekend (I look at 150 approx and 3 seconds per chart) and look for known patterns .. ie Flags Ascending triangles Down trend breaks Rounded bottoms H&S Patterns Double tops/bottoms etc etc Create a short list and then make a short list of your short list.

Do all the above and before long you will start to pick consistent winners...

    hope this helps... :-)
