Mr. Dan R. Denton serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Cress Oil Inc. Mr. Denton currently is the Chief Operating Officer of Maverick Drilling & Exploration Ltd (ASX:MAD) and serves in the capacity of developmental and exploratory drilling, internal operation of wells on its own leases, generation of exploration prospects and the servicing and manufacture of drilling and workover rigs. Mr. Denton oversees the operation of oil and gas leases on the Blue Ridge Dome, low cost development of oil and gas leases, and shallow to mid-range onshore contract oil and gas drilling in the Gulf Coast region of the United States.
