I am not a share holder of either of the companies, and do not know the truth about what was written, but it is frightening to think if we did know the truth of a certain situation, any situation, but were too frightened to speak up, for fear of being sued, then it seems Australia is heading down the drain and so is 'free speech'.
This is a relatively new situation in Australia, and I for one find it frighteningly disturbing.
