Zach,
one possibility is that this orebody is what we call pinching and swelling, due to the fact that it has been subjected to immense extension during its geological history...the effect of this for ore is that sometimes it is very thick and sometimes very thin......something to consider in predicting further zones of thickness. If it is happening, it will be important to work out the spacing of bulge zones, and how they relate to the breccia and particularly to nickel grade.
(note from compnay: ? The mineralisation is a breccia of pyrrhotite, pentlandite and chalcopyrite within very strongly metamorphosed rocks termed granulites. The sulphide minerals are high tenor and will likely produce a high value concentrate and the accompanying silicate minerals are likely to be highly amenable to conventional separation techniques.)
