We will have to see an announcement on the last two permits being obtained before we see anything further on the finance in my opinion, I'd say the finance is well and truely in place and just waiting on the last two pieces of paperwork before the train has the green light to leave the station. In regards to JG having any say in timing when it comes to Govt. departments, he, like the rest of us, just have to sit back and suck it up.
