If they walk away from that commitment now - shows not only a major lack of morality/ethics but quite likely imo very good grounds for legal action (and don't worry for a second what the asx may have to say on the matter - they're lame ducks ++ imo - not worth the cost of a phone call - since they became a profit orientated beast).

Old Pistol is many things but I doubt he's stupid....
