I'm with you jumpstart, let me pose this question to one and all. If you ran a business and employed me in good faith and over the course of 1, 2, 3 years or more, whatever the case may be I made you no profits whatsoever and in fact lost you money over that period of time, would you feel like patting me on the back and praising me for the great job I have done.
I'm sure Focus will in time have their moment of glory but I feel most people would rather deal with what is and not what could be.
Before you pay out any bonuses, first you have to see results.
