J8, read the guidelines at the top of the thread for some examples, Freehold will open submissions on the weekend, the posts he has up has a good indication as to what is required for the explanations to make the picks.. ..either pick TA/FA and Short/Long and give appropriate description.
Post up you picks when free opens the submissions on the weekend. Two boards run, one for 1 year and one for the last four weeks
