Good post as usual, writer. Yes slippage is a well known word in our investing vocabulary, esp when dealing with big pharmas. That is why the mantra for small companies like Uni is under-promise and over-deliver.
That is probably grade 1 in the CEO primer. Over-promising and under-delivering is potentially fatal and not at all enjoyed by shareholders.
With respect, what a pity Al didn't listen to those sage words of yours a couple of years ago. I was critical of him then and nothing has changed, other than more shareholders/posters are now expressing doubts. And fair enough too!
All water under the bridge now. Believe me, the next couple of months are critical for Uni. After sitting with bait loaded, line in, I am not pulling it in now lest the big one bites. I'm even too scared to check if I'm still baited!
