My average price is close to double the current sp but I'm happy to wait it out, if you don't have a long term view or faith in this 'poor management' sell your stock. It really is that simple, put your money where your mouth is or do you let yourself be a slave to 'poor management' and people 'shafting your interests'? My guess is you would rather sit there and complain without taking any action.
