oh shite i hadnt even seen the special divvy...!! What NHC is doing is just generating free cash at the moment and (~150 million of it) with no debt. ....stuff what the analysts say about net present value...cash is king at the moment.in the past three/four years i have held this parcel, have made a shitload just in divvies, which is probably being balanced by loss in SP price, but still SP price holds no value in this case anymore... this is a company without debt generating cash in bucketloads, and analysts think our board has got it wrong, and that without cash deployment we will not sink.
look at whats happening to FMG....10 B in debt and beggin for cash...with lifelines given here and there..and still thinking they can tide this over...
