Don't take this as fact, just my opinion based on the diagram in 31/07/12 announcement below:

The orientation of the new well application as per the diagram below lies over the previously unacquired acreage.

That could mean Molopo have acquired or close to acquiring the acreage subject to negotiation.

Meanwhile, don't know when this google image is dated, nearby drill of a well nearby, all the trip pipe to the side.... amazing resolution.
