I'm just sick of it all. It would of been easier and better for all holders to just do a smal capital raise at 94 cents and the proceeds go towards a NASDAQ listing.

This all stank from the moment BTA directors SACKED Piper Jeffery for conflict of interest.

BTA mgmt made the hole they now fine themselves in.
