Curiously they grabbed quite a few in June around $3 but didn't buy any in July when the price was range bound between $3 and $3.20 but resumed again at the end of August up until the 17th of september where thay have paid between $4 and $4.66 ?
They could have also been buying yesterday but wont have to report them until they raech 19% of the company
