Yes, but they are probably not holding on to something that you need dearly, but it means nothing to them.
Tact is needed. I'm all for a friendly "how are things, who's the wife, are things going ok with our application and can we help you with anything...etc"
But going in with guns blazing isn't going to help one bit.
