two woman drinking coffee in a cafe.one belts the other so you sue the cafe owner ? two passengers on a bus one belts the other,sue the bus company ? two people on a plane sue Quantas ? etc etc etc
theres enough government and more than enough litigation we cant even get a hot cup of coffee anymore due to idiots failing to take any form of responsibility for themselves, and at the end of the day the insurance costs just get passed on to all of us
