the entity increase from 74% to 81-85% have made the biota shareholders happy and 90% support the merger, why talking about plan B, both a or B will make BTA better . The question to solve is why the share price goes down ???
if they know BTA is to stay, better to trade with Nasdaq, why they undersold their stock, why ??? and who sell the stock at cheap rate ??
