I can only encourage people who have serious concerns about management or the direction of AVH, to try to attend the AGM so you can take your concerns to management direct.
There are often very good presentations at AGMs, and as there is one held in Melbourne I think it is a terrific opportunity.
It's a good chance to supplement your research and take up issues with management that have remained unresolved.
This is a general comment, intended to be a positive contribution to the thread.
