I just reread this article.
Bear in mind that Reuters is just one channel controlled & directed by the same people who direct the US Fed, JP Morgan, Bilderberg, CFR and the Trilateral Commission.
Last week China announces that it is to restrict overseas sale of ree - official.
Then Reuters state that ree quotas ex'CN are increasing by 2.7%?
Also the terminology used here is talking like Moly & Lynas are already a year into production - which is bull$hit.
Lynas needs to engage proper effective PR - and NOW.
