A couple of things. Just spoke to Don. This is a huge deal. This is the final key in turning fml into a mining HOUSE.

Can I ask you to wait until you see Don on BRR probably in the next day or two before you go off on any wild assumptions.

there is a plan - a big plan and he will fully explain it.

I can tell you this ----- if we vote for this we will have the most exhilarating exploration and development ride of our lives in the next 12 months.
If you believe that nothing drives a sp like exploration success -- then you better buckle up - tightly.

also - what we have is the offer of a big fat friendly uncle who is happy to sit in the corner quietly.
Please remember - you cannot get a cornerstone investor through an spp - you need a big fat friendly - and in that I trust Don's judgement.
This deal would have been done when our sp was around 3.6 is my guess.

That is my opinion.
