PNO was about to run, the pent up demand from the positive news flow, and bedding down of the last issue meant a run at 1.1 cents was brewing. Then Palermo could have raised again at 0.5 cents and used the same option series..
If he had just waited a month. It , along with life, is ALL about timing.. On this occasion we,ve had no luck..
