DH has a creditbillity issue with his SH, he needs to deliver on timelines he states, but i am not sure he really gives a stuff about us.
I have been reading the Proactive Investors text, and its just dawned to me the reason why the SP is depressed.
They plan a global roadshow to highlight the fact they will be having a CR, well here we go more dilution, so even if DH does do any annoucements it aint going to do much to the SP, as its going to be held down to ensure the CR isnt too high.
Hes not very bright is he, saying your going to do a CR, when you are still looking for bank funding, just says to the market, there is a question mark on the future of getting funding.
So i see no movement in the SP for some time
More bad and questionable management,have a look at SFX for a company that is run by capable management.
