Opens at 11am. Indicative looks surprisingly good at 1.45.
IMHO Bain has pulled out because TPG has priced them out. Hence the reason for the 612,000 worth of shares bid at above 1.45.
Conversely, if those bids are pulled and we open at 1.40, I would be very concerned and will exit my entire position at a tiny profit.
