Maybe older heads than mine can indicate whether a company that wants 51% initially is ever happy with less than 100% in the long run?
As a group we are now minority shareholders that can be slowly squeezed out, no?
What about instos? Generally if they stump up big bucks to buy into a company, they want some say - they wont be able to have a say in FML.
