The current biota management has done nothing to prevent insider trading during the time when they negotiated merger terms with Nabi. They just allowed Biota shares continue to trade while they negotiated and signed the merger terms. They should have suspended Biota from trading on the day the merger deal was announced. But, who would have thought that it took 5 months for the deal to go to AGM to be voted.

To conclude, We are dealing with a poor management team with bad commercial acumen and little respect for shareholders.
