No, I don't know - if it is normal to renew leases for (say) 2 years, then I would think it would run from November last year when the court case was won & the lease regranted, not withstanding the delays caused by Mr A sucessfully getting a 'final' high court ruling reopened/'final' decision delayed.

Others would be more aware than I. The company should know.

Despite (what I reckon is) the snail-pace rate of progress on tenement exploration, I would think that MLS will satisfy minimum expenditure requirements for the period & should be in line for automatic renewal for a further period - assuming Mr A who is related to someone high up in the Namimibian government doesn't "coerse" some breach of tenement rules.
