I agree but at least Nick Bowen, the old CEO took the bitter pill and resigned, which i think a very ethical thing to do...Unlike some wall streets CEO or other publicly listed companies'CEO that have no shame and took home millions of dollars in bonuses and salary despite their companies suffering a massive loses.
