There's another factor apart from sunlight for the location: a steady supply of Co2.
So it will need to be near an industrial site where this is being manufactured.

You would hope both the companies have long ago identified such a site, and have done the preparatory work on it.

As indicated by Peter Hatfield when I spoke with him a few months ago, this is a race between AEB and other contenders. Roger Stroud's speciality is project management, you would think he has this well and truly in hand.
