Scorpiogirl has it right.
Laws of economics..genuine sellers value their shares at 90c or maybe more given the information currently available.
Why would you accept less and discount them if you were comfortable that is the value? Nah..
If you were one of those that bought down in the 60's then 90c is a great return for holding a few weeks and those guys may be the dudes selling here as they will be more impatient than any of us whom have been on this rollercoaster so far, real STermers, in it for a quick buck.
Another reason is not so much all the locked in sellers trying desperately to get their money back as say a VSA gurus would have you believe.
If they existed they would sell for slightly less as they would not be feeling that confident to split hairs over half a cent.
The day after the TOL was issued there was 38M shares sold short probably in the 90-95c range.
Now if the SP starts to hit up towards that range then that makes those short positions verrry shaky.
So wondering why those buyers are not bidding up?
Maybe the short sellers are trying to get out of their positions and are happy to take whatever they can get below 91c and there would be a few of them.
They place orders to buy everything they can just below this as well as placing a large number of sell orders just above forcing anyone whom wants to sell to give them what they want.
Manipulation? Nah..
A good strategy perhaps.
The question on my mind is how long the buyers will value this share at these prices before steamrolling to higher prices because when they do what is not covered of those short positions becomes demand.
Wonder if they are waiting for the first feed and production results to prove the process and the associated data to show beyond all doubt that the plant is as efficient and environmentally friendly as has been stated.
At that point its goodbye protestors an any opposition to the LAMP.
