The vote on 45 cents will be a measuring stick used by Hanlong to gauge how much if any increase will be necessary to gain the shareholders vote. It would be absolutely ludicrous for them to come in at first offer and get the 75% necessary to get them across the line first time, that would definetely be bad bussiness. Give Hanlong some credit. Their first offer will be proportionately less then shareholders would expect and want, hence all the tension here on HC. After assessing the vote outcome (I would expect some shortfall to the required numbers however small or HL haven't done their homework)they will decide how much, if any increase is to be given. Only Hanlong know the answer to the question - How high will they go in the absence of a superior offer?
