"It is anticipated that both the FS and the EIS will be completed towards the end of the current quarter ended September 30, 2012 (“Q1 2013”), ahead of an EPC pricing to be submitted by the Company’s Chinese strategic engineering partner, NFC, during Q4 2012." if this statement was prepared recently, this is very good news. The FS and EIS will be completed sooner than I had begun to believe.
