There are two bids here, and you want one to "put their cards on the table" so the other side can sit back and adjust their bid?

No offence, but seriously, reconsider that scenario.

Lloyds are not the "bidder" but the firm preparing the DOCA. I found Them very helpful, but yes, difficult to get in touch with at times as like all of us we all have many clients and each has their own deadline.

Cut Pinder a little slack, when its all done and dusted and (I hope) in the syndicate's hands it will be time for a big sigh of relief - from me anyway.

If the syndicate does not get up we all stand to loose A LOT.

Nothing ventured, nothing gained. Sit on the bench and the bus just sails right past.
