What a breath of fresh air. You used the word "proposal" how correct. Now some shareholders are jumping out the window when they actually have a vote on this.
It is a proposal - no capital raising yet! No dilution yet however the short sellers have whipped up many into a lather and they are reacting.
When somebody announces they are making a proposal and that shareholders have to vote and that approvals have to be granted etc wouldn't it be wise to sit back and listen.
Careful who you listen to shareholders - emotion has no basis in investing. More detail needed here.
