Just wondering if when we recieve the import permit will LYC have to announce it or can they chose not to?
As the import permit was suspended until after the issuance of the TOL and we havent heard if we have been given one yet?
It's now been 11 days since the TOL was issued and LYC would be full steam ahead to get the import permit, will they have to announce when they get it or can they chose not to??
I know many here think the concentrate may of already left but I dont think that is the case at all. I think we still need the import permit and LYC is obliged to inform the market when they get that permit.
