Not stock specific... but worth reading for all ST traders is the following article from Australian Financial Review.
"ASX move sheds light on dark art of book-builds"
It reviews some of the new ideas being bandied about by ASX and brokers etc.... in regards to how cap raising prices are / will be determined, when companies are in need of new cash from investors....
Ground breaking stuff to clarify... given that fund-raising is a major function of the market (sarcasm intended)!!!
Only takes a few minutes to go through.... but very worthwhile having this sort of info sloshing around in the brain bank... especially if swing trading some of the more risky mid or large cap companies on the ASX..... with some "Blue-chips" trading like flea bag spec companies last couple of years.
Apparently some new pricing rules / guides will be in place by the end of this year.
