I am going to have a shot at answering your query on what could be achieved on organic growth, however I will put it into a separate thread titled expedition of growth (your words) as I can see this current thread going all over the place in the next few days.
Probably the best poster to answer the question is Fitnfam (said we would need him to contribute as this placement matter drags on) as he has a ream of data more or less aligned to the current pipeline.
May not be able all the questions you raised, but can say straight up that raising $20m would hardly be worth the effort - $40m yes, with $60M being a lot better.
