Shareholders who have been loyal should be rewarded in my opinion also. I understand the scale back possibility as I was reading through the conditions. The issue is while it's a risk to miss the boat, I really need to see why the cr was done and what is around the corner with Paloma.

On a side note, this is my first possible involvement in a cr , does anyone know if you do go ahead with it and send in a cheque, under one of those amount options, does the new shares allotted appear on your trading account. Is there a time gap ? How do you know that your cheque has been received and shares will be allotted on the allotment date ?

I appreciate any feedback from those who have been around the block a few times with cr and shareholder involvement.
