    So the Blade dispute pertians to the additional 25% working interest in Cadlao.

    If RAI wins arbitration... RAI will hold...

    25% + 25% Working + 16% VenturOil = 66% Cadlao.

    If Blade wins arbitration... RAI will hold...

    25% + 16% VenturOil = 41% Cadlao + ~7 mil compensation.

    BACK UP THE TRUCK !!!
