re: up yours glencore CEY reaching record highs... the market has decided Glencore has fat chance of winning this court case against the might of the Federal Govt.
Glencore have tried everything under the sun to stop CEY gaining control, from devious swaps to ordering their broker to sell its CEY holdings (and probably shorting CEY too).
Give it up, Glencore. You lost.
