Was interested to see purchase from SVW - however when looking at company it appears that a large portion of the business is via DODO - I dont mind Dodo but in fact it also appears that a director and I presume a substantial shareholder in DODO has total control here. I am interested why you would not be worried by transfer pricing that is controlled by a director and who can decide the profitability via the dodo relationship - with Dodo ensuring that the company has funding etc as noted in the report.
Nothing illegal but I am not sure how you value this on that basis. If dodo falls over - does this or can this survive? If dodo is hugely profitable why did it not get acquired into this reverse takeover?
Interested as I like the sector but not sure how this one works.
Obviously not a trading share as low trading volumes.
