Some thoughts...
So, if the institutions who have just spent $10m on 50m shares wish to avoid dillution.
100m share on offer to current holders up to 75,000 each at 20c in late October.
Not precise but dillution would wipe about 1/3 off the value of the institutions recent purchase.
If the current share price is 19.5c or even 20c who would take up the offer? buy direct from market, though you will have to pay brokerage.
Those instus selling now are making 5-10%.
Would institutions want to take a quick profit and also discourage holder from taking up the offer so as not to dullute their recent aquisition? Surely not, but if so they basically have a month to do this before everyone else gets their chance to get in if it is still attractive...
