    The couple of things you've mentioned/posted re Itochu and MARP ie not informing Shareholders of events is a criminal offence imo

    Shareholders could take legal action against Management.

    Misleading and Deceptive Conduct.(lol)

    Your suggesting that there are a number of people involved from outside AGS in the equation.Unlikely.imo

    It(AGS) is a listed Company bound by rules.
