Consolidation is a necessity. The company needs money. You can't capital raise when your share price is next to worthless. You can't discount the offer and you'd have to issue a billion more shares. It just doesn't work. I'm guessing some holders won't be happy but its the only way forward. Consolidation may help to put some value back into the share price - but who knows. I think partnering Thrombo is some time off yet - I don't see it happening this year.
