I believe the Minster decision is final. It was one of the concerns that was expressed here if the decision went against us as their was if I remember no other means of redress. I would be extremely surprised if the court accepts their appeal, let alone grants the appeal a hearing.
The big game is the 26th when the Defamation case comes before the courts, and it will be a case of will they go lyc's way or the fringes way. Only Wednesday will shed light on that.
After Wednesday when that is out of the way things should begin to improve significantly as October is only a few days away and we should have an announcement from LYC re: how the test run went.
Remember they have yet to informed us of that.
